Goods sold by us are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area and can be anywhere up to 7 working days within Australia.
In the event that an item ordered cannot be supplied, we shall send you an e-mail notifying you that the product is out of stock and provide an estimated time of arrival for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.
If your order is found to be defective:
- Please contact us and arrange to return the goods for exchange.
- Any such claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt of products.
- Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
- Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
